I went to Take 5 in Boiling Springs SC, let me tell you Naomi runs the place!! She was very clear and upfront of what I needed and offered services to help me in the long run! With CULLEN (Hood) DILLION (Pit) CHASE (Safety) DILLION (MOD) NAOMI (Svc Writer) they made the perfect team and my truck runs smooth with the oil change and filter it received. The pricing was great and they were quick! I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs. The hours were great being that my husband works 8am-5pm I was able to get the truck there after he got off work. They were all very nice and kind, Naomi is a great leader!! Thanks again guys.

Kathleen Rohm,I had such a great experience tonight. I was out doing delivery orders when my car suddenly started making a clicking noise, and I realized I needed an oil change ASAP. I pulled into the nearest service shop around 7:10, thinking I was too late since they closed at 7. Timmy initially explained they were closed and started helping me schedule for the next morning, including giving me pricing information. When I mentioned I wasn’t from the area and had just started hearing the noise, he immediately told me to pull in and they would take care of me anyway. Between Timmy, Jordan, and David, the customer service was honestly top tier. David even offered me a cold water while I waited, which was such a thoughtful touch. They were professional, kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me when they really didn’t have to. This was hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Huge thank you to all three of them for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience.
