I had such a great experience tonight. I was out doing delivery orders when my car suddenly started making a clicking noise, and I realized I needed an oil change ASAP. I pulled into the nearest service shop around 7:10, thinking I was too late since they closed at 7. Timmy initially explained they were closed and started helping me schedule for the next morning, including giving me pricing information. When I mentioned I wasn’t from the area and had just started hearing the noise, he immediately told me to pull in and they would take care of me anyway. Between Timmy, Jordan, and David, the customer service was honestly top tier. David even offered me a cold water while I waited, which was such a thoughtful touch. They were professional, kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me when they really didn’t have to. This was hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Huge thank you to all three of them for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience.
Lashasa Watson,Very professional and very helpful, they even gave me a bottle of water before I went in the bay. Beats the hell out of that valvoline on highway 9, if you're ever on highway 9 take 5 is the best place. The valvoline on highway 9 no where near the take 5 in proformance, and Dont even do half the work take 5 does for you like giving you water, and washing your windows after you leave trust me I know I worked for valvoline. I will definitely be returning for business with take 5! And shout out to the supervisor yesterday he will take care of you.

Aijah,I’ve never had a bad experience here! Everyone is always so kind. I usually hate getting anything done to my car because most places try to make you look stupid or add on more than you need, but here they treat everyone the same. Justin even asked if he could bring my toddler a capri sun & fruit snacks without just assuming he could have them. I really appreciated that! Even being short staffed for my visit, they still were quick and professional. Great job Take 5 Boiling Springs!
