Cambio de aceite en Anderson SC 29621 - Take 5 #1182

Been coming here for the last few years with all three cars. HOWEVER, my last visit this past weekend. The crew was horrible. There was conflict amongst two of the staff over one gentleman answering the phone, they didn’t offer water, clean my windshield, offer to reset my oil light. I had to ask them to check the air in my tires to make sure all was good. Mind you this is after I already paid. And the paperwork stated they did check the PSI ( which was the wrong PSI). The guy even said that he could tell I used rainX as my wiper fluids so he didn’t want to top it off. I told him I’ve always had top offs. It was a lack of professionalism and I didn’t leave ensuring all was done. He also proceeded to tell me that new management took over and that’s why the old crew that was there for so long is no longer there. This has made me not want to continue coming here. I pay more for the services and experience not to be treated as I went to Walmart for my oil change. I’ll be finding another place. Sucks really. Bc they took care of all three cars until now. EDITED******** I would like to add to previous post above. today is now 6/20/26. The manager or the owner called me long after I made this review. They wanted to regain my trust. Bc the experience was bad enough that they lost my business for my 3 vehicles. He offered me a free oil change if I would try it again. I did. And the service was phenomenal. The crew was on point as I’ve always had. Prior to the last visit. I’m glad I took the offer and gave it another chance. Thank you for the offer, I was very hesitant. But I went with my instincts. Im glad I did. Thank you for making it right. I did change my 1 star to 5

Was pleasantly surprised at how smooth it was. Normally I get pressured to buy different things and add on services whenever I go to get my oil change at other places. My husband has been changing my oil for the past several years now but I needed to go and get it done before a road trip. Everybody there was polite, professional and everything got done quickly and I felt no pressure to buy anything extra. Jacoby was great. I definitely will be back if I'm ever in a pinch and can't do it myself!

Kenneth provided outstanding customer service and demonstrated exceptional knowledge throughout my visit. His professionalism, confidence, and willingness to help were second to none. In fact, I assumed he was the manager because of how well he handled everything. When I asked, he told me he wasn't—but was working toward that role. The guys at the Anderson location are amazing! I was really impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile. They made sure my Jeep's fluids were topped off, checked that my tires were at the correct pressure, and even offered me a bottle of cold water on a hot summer day while I waited. It's the little things that make a big difference. Thank you all so much for the outstanding service and a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

Absolutely PHENOMENAL service. I’m usually a Valvoline always, but I took a chance today and i’m glad I did. I was in and out - less than 10 minutes for an oil change. Greeted by everyone, so very kind for the entire interaction. They took wonderful care of my car and even offered a little snack for my little one in the back seat while we waited. Exceptional employees with nothing short of great customer service. Thank you guys so much, I’m so happy I made the choice to come in today. I’ll be back. I’m a Take 5 Oil Change customer now!
