They are always pretty quick and efficient even when they are busy. I do appreciate the different offerings other than the regular oil change. This visit I did end up waiting about 30-40 minutes before they started on my car. I wish there was a way for you to know how long it will take before you pull into the bay and commit to being there. Thankfully I was able to push my plans back a little but I don’t always have time to wait that long and didn’t expect it to take that long since I have been there before and been seen right away.

My experience as a first time customer here for a simple oil change.. Before I arrived I called ahead to see if they could fit me in and the GM Jared said they can have me in & out in 10 minutes as long as they have an open bay. He then offered me a 15% off coupon for being a first time customer. Now fast forward to my arrival, as I pulled into the lot the manager Raul greeted me with a cold bottle of water and asked me to pull into the open lane. The technicians were very communicative with each other and fun to watch, for me it was like I was working in a high volume kitchen again. They broke down the different tiers of oils and what they do for the vehicle. They had the oil out of my truck and fresh oil & filter back in the truck in under 10 minutes. I was amazed that I didnt have to sit in a waiting room for an hour or more and continually look outside to see if they pulled my vehicle in the bay. The crew was amazing that day, very helpful, very busy keeping the shop clean, and simply impressive. Obviously they try to upsell the premier oil packages, the windshield wiper replacement, cabin air filter, etc. But to their defense all of these things were in need of replacement but the techs did not pursue trying to sell me these things against my will. I had some issues with my vehicle that day before exiting the shop and the crew was as helpful as they could be and they didnt once make me feel any more embarassed than I already was. If you've had issues with this chain before, go to this location. Go there and see if these guys can change your mind. I will be a customer here for all my oil changes. Thanks again Take 5!

I’ll never go to valvoline again- 10/10 experience at Take 5. Started off with Ace, Logan and I hate that I can’t remember the last guys name! All phenomenal. They were kind, patient, incredibly knowledgable, and made a mundane and usually boring task very enjoyable and worthwhile. I’ll be coming here moving forward
