I stopped by Take 5 for a quick oil change before heading out on a road trip to La Pine, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment I pulled in, Cory greeted me with an ice-cold bottle of water, got all of my information while I stayed comfortably in my car, and directed me through the process. From there, the entire crew took over, and it was honestly impressive to watch. They worked together like a well-oiled machine… no pun intended. In less than 30 minutes they changed my oil, replaced my cabin air filter, cleaned my windshield, topped off my washer fluid, checked my tire pressures, and even let me choose a scent for my new cabin filter. I picked vanilla, and two weeks later my car still smells amazing. What stood out most wasn’t just the speed. It was the care, professionalism, and teamwork. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing, communicated well with each other, and treated my vehicle as if it were their own. Before I left, Daisy, the manager, came over to review everything that had been done and asked if there was anything else she or her team could do for me. That level of customer service really put the experience over the top. I made sure to tell her how much I appreciated the crew because it’s obvious they’re a team that enjoys what they do, and it shows. It’s rare these days to find a business that’s this efficient while still making you feel genuinely taken care of. I’ll absolutely be back and would recommend this Take 5 location to anyone looking for fast, honest, and exceptional service.

Great service. Everyone was friendly and upbeat. I was given a free water from the start, and kindly directed into their oil changing area. They walked me through the entire process and explained each step. I don't know anything about cars, but they provided digestible information on what meant what and why which was nice (hopefully it was for real). I got a 25% discount for my first time and they're working on getting a student discount in place for Chemeketa. $103 oil change + cabin air filter replacement (including discount). Complimentary checks are included (tire pressure, windshield wipers, coolant, etc) Saved about $34 with the coupon. Didn't take more than 30 minutes. Thanks a bunch! Though, you could get these services cheaper elsewhere. Keep in mind they want to sell you the most expensive thing they have lol.

So I thought I would see how the new oil change place was. I was greeted in the parking lot with a cool bottle of water was instructed to pull into a bay never left the vehicle. Had multiple people check in with me was given an explanation of everything they was doing options of stuff that I may or may not want to put in during the oil change. All in all a great experience, friendly people, great price and fast

The Take 5 in Salem provided me with the best oil change experience I’ve had to date. They greeted me with a smile and cold bottle of water, made the experience feel warm and comfortable. They were quick (10ish minutes) and let me know my engine filters needed replacing without pressuring me to purchase. The pricing was fantastic as well! I will be coming back for sure and would recommend Take 5 to anyone needing an oil change for work or personal vehicles. Thanks Take 5!

It was nice that i was greeted friendly amd provided an ice cold water. Everyone was friendly. I wasnt pushed for any extras(i like). However...i felt at times, they were having to dbl check themselves and they said i was ready to go w/out checking pressure in tires, knowing they said they were gonna do that. I had to politely ask. The hood got closed and the same guy had me pop the hood again to check the oil for part of the safety speck or maybe last minute checks after i had the oil change. Two people struggled with putting the lid on the air filter. 🤦🏼‍♀️. I would say out of 3 ppl who was doing something or verifying my car, one guy stuck out doing good. For all the politeness. Wasnt pushed to do other things etc. Ill give a 4 star. Had that not have been, it would be between a 2-3 star.
