Nate (Nathan) the manager is the bomb dot com! I came there in a hurry as my 3 month old was screaming in her car seat (she does NOT like it). She was sleepy, hungry and cranky yet I had to get an oil change as this was the only time I had. It’s actually my husband’s car but I wanted to help him take this off his to-do list since our schedules were getting hectic. So, back to Nate. He was so kind. He let me get out and get my daughter out and then he pulled in the car for me and talked to me about what I needed done outside of the work zone. Talk about relief. I had a non screaming, happy baby in my arms while I got the check an important thing off my to do list. He told me about his 2 kids and that he understood completely. And can I just say —he did not oversell me or try and get me to do unnecessary things. He was honest with me and told me what I needed and nothing else. So many places just try and get you to buy every little add on/ thing. I so appreciate the time and care and help I received from Nate and this visit to Take 5. I can honestly say no other Take 5 that I’ve ever been to has been this great. And I’ve been to a few of them in many different states. They truly care and it’s not just a 9-5 for them. I really hope he doesn’t get in trouble because he did something out of the ordinary for me. As a mother of 4 — I’m so grateful for his help today. He made my life so much easier and just because of this visit I know where I’m coming for any oil changes in the future AND who I’m recommending to all my friends. Go see Monroe’s Take 5 and specifically Nate! He will take great care of you AND your car!!!!

I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I pulled in. They took their time explaining everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle without ever making me feel rushed or pressured into extra services. I really appreciated that they worked with me, answered all my questions honestly, and gave recommendations without any pushy sales tactics. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Nate and Amberley did a great job with my oil change! You can tell they both have a strong work ethic and truly care about providing great service. Nate is training Amberley, and it was really refreshing to see him creating such a supportive environment that empowers women in the automotive field. As a customer, it was awesome receiving such wonderful service from a woman technician as well. You can also tell that Nate goes the extra mile to take care of customers and genuinely cares about the experience. They even cleaned the inside of my windshield before I left. Overall, such a positive experience and I highly recommend them!

Had a friend recommend Take 5 and went looking for one nearby. This location is so new that google maps still shows an empty field! This was my first experience with take 5 and I was very impressed. The take 5 team works very well together and was very knowledgeable. I learned more about my car and how to keep it running than anywhere else. Ended up replacing my oil, the oil filter, and the cabin air filter. After this interaction, Take 5 has earned my repeat business.

Nate and Devin did a great job. Handed me a water when I arrived and had me done in no time. Great service and value. I told them I didn't want the oil sucked out thru a tube like Valvoline does. I had a tube break off in my dipstick tube at Valvoline. These guys had no problem with using the oil plug even replaced the plug at no charge! They just opened in February and I think they will be my go to for oil changes. Good price and service! Need I say more?
