I went in for an oil change and they were very helpful explaining different things that were going on with my car and how I’d be able to fix it. The manager Rio (I believe) and two other guys helped me, the Service was super quick & they were very nice!
Tanyel LaTaya,One of your technicians did not accurately describe your oil claiming that it contain more water than most. I don’t know that I’ve ever heard anyone say that their oil contained water. In addition, it would’ve been appreciated if you had a traditional oil option. All I was offered was synthetic oil options and they were very expensive.
