My daughter and I stopped at Take 5 on Harrison Avenue for an oil change, and we’ve never had an experience like this before! From the moment we arrived, Zeke greeted us with such a warm welcome and even brought us waters right away. Zeke walked us through the entire process, clearly explained the cost of everything, and made sure we understood what was being done. Eli and Jay also did an amazing job with the oil change, filling up our wiper fluid, and checking/filling our tires. What really stood out was how honest and helpful they were—they let us know when our filters were last changed and even did a side-by-side comparison to show us whether they actually needed to be replaced instead of just trying to sell us something unnecessary. Because of the incredible service, we are now loyal customers of Take 5 Oil Change on Harrison Avenue. Even though we live closer to the Cleves location, we’ll definitely be making the drive to Harrison Avenue from now on because the service was truly impeccable!

I received a oil change because my car was ticking but yet had oil life left, they did an overall check on my engine they found that I had no antifreeze in my engine, they told me it was nothing but water, I have been going to Valvoline for the last 5 years for my oil changes and they never once mentioned this to me, I was very shocked, angry, and surprised that this had happened to my car under their care, my car was running really bad for a long time because of the missing antifreeze, I really don't know now what the the long term effects will be, I am just very grateful that I went to this 5 minute oil change when I did, I want to say that these guys saved me from the loss of my car, they were very professional and informative about what they were doing, they truly saved me a lot of money, and I I'm very grateful that they were there when they were, thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.

I brought my car in this morning just for an oil change, and I will be coming back in the future. The service was fantastic; they didn't try to upsell or add-on anything I didn't ask for, and they were very thorough in explaining the work they were doing. The gentlemen that worked on my vehicle were professional, helpful, and got the job done quickly. A couple of things that stood out to me were that i was offered a cold water bottle as soon as I pulled up, and they reset my oil change alert without me having to ask(i had no idea how to do this lol). Would recommend!

My fiancé and hi, have the most amazing experience at this location. Curtis helped us with the most economical solution to our issue and then when we were getting the oil change done, he actually diagnosed the problem and gave us a recommendation as to next steps in potentially fixing it.
