I’ve been to this location twice before this time for oil changes. These guys are quick, lines are short, and customer service is awesome. I was in and out in about the same time it takes to fill up a gas tank. They give good advice and let you know if/when you need to think about other regular maintenance. I knew the price beforehand, but the extras (replaced oil filter, plug gasket) were no extra charge. Other places will charge you for that. So glad these guys opened up near me, I’m never going anywhere else. Today I was helped by Bryion, Jahari, and Daquan.

It was ok. The manager had to step in at the end to smooth things over because the worker was lazy, unintelligent, and needs to watch his mouth. Was inquiring about the price and this guy starts making comments under his breath. Sorry you had to use your words dude, maybe it's time to find a job where you don't have to interact with people. Thanks to the manager though, he's the only reason I'm giving 5 stars.

Mannnn Daquan, Melissa n Jahari was the folks who took care of my oil change! It was quick and smooth! They even gave me a bottle of water cause it was hot outside and THEY were the ones doing the work!

I had my first experience at this location late on a Friday afternoon. I have never had a better experience at an oil change place! There were 2 employees, both were obviously stretched thin but were courteous and treated me as if I was their only customer. They gave me a bottle of water because there was a wait. They explained things that they were doing and didn’t push recommendations. They didn’t treat me like I was “a woman that didn’t know anything”. I truly appreciate that. My car is older and they made recommendations and told me when I should get them done. I will be back and have already recommended my husband and daughter as they both go to another lg chain (that starts with a V), and they have both had issues. (Never getting the oil life reset, tires not inflated, bolts removed and not replaced, high cost recommendations that they say are needed right now, etc) We will be going here as long as at least the 2 staff are there ☺️
