I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Rocky Mount! From the moment I pulled up, the staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the service being done. What I really appreciated was how convenient the whole process was—I didn’t even have to get out of my car. The team worked efficiently and had me in and out quickly, while still being thorough and attentive. Many customers mention the fast, smooth service and helpful attitude, and I can definitely agree with that. The technicians were knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and didn’t pressure me into anything extra. It’s hard to find a place that combines speed, honesty, and great customer service, but this location does it well. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing a quick and reliable oil change! 😎

Bree Nicole,Visited this location recently and experienced great customer service. I’ve had my oil changed at different places but this is by far the best place I’ve been to. I enjoyed the efficiency of the employees and the level of communication they had. During each part of the process the technician working on my vehicle called out what step they were on. I also enjoyed the fact that I can stay in my vehicle and see what they’re doing and when. Overall it was a great experience especially since the technicians didn’t try to oversell me unnecessary products and the fact that I saw the manager assisting the technicians and not just sitting in the office. I definitely recommend this location especially since the service is the best I’ve had for the price I’m paying.
