Dominique was so very polite, and knowledgeable about the vehicle and what was going on with it. I never would’ve known that my vehicle didn’t have enough coolant if it wasn’t for him checking the fluids for me. I appreciate his thoroughness and kindness. He had a fan blowing directly into my vehicle so the girls and I wouldn’t be hot waiting for the oil change and coolant to be done. He Offered us some cold waters. Always fast and friendly. Best place on the North Shore! When they opened this store, they must have cherry picked the “A” team from all the other stores around because these are the cream of the crop. Dominique, Reiko, & Justin did a great job and I couldn’t see going anywhere else. With 250K miles on a 6 year old truck, I’m no stranger to oil changes. The prices are right but the attitude, knowledge, and personalities of the staff are what set this place apart!

I had an absolutely great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted right away and even offered a bottle of water, which was such a nice touch. The entire process was quick, smooth, and incredibly professional. Dominique and Wesley went above and beyond with their customer service. They were both so friendly, personable, and genuinely kind. They took the time to check everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or dismissed. It’s rare to find a place that combines efficiency with such a welcoming atmosphere, but they absolutely nailed it. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

Fantastic and quick service. All the staff was lovely from Reiko to Briana to Wesley. This store is new and literally 5 minutes from where I live. I will definitely be making this my primary place for an oil change and other quick shop work. I have liked Take 5 since I started going to them in Arizona a few years back so I’m happy to continue going to them. Thanks guys!

The service was Excellent ! But, I'm Very upset about the Recent changes of the oil. First, it was GTX , AND NOW MOBILE 1 ! OHHHHHHH MY GOD No , this is unbelievable ! Why you all keep losing the contracts with these companies? This is ludacris ! Why????? You mean to tell me that you are going to start selling ONLY PENN's Oil and Dura-Max oil ? This is a oil selling place ! And the customer should have a variety of oil to choose from ! Not just 2 ! Everybody don't put the same oil in there car or truck ! Wow, Without even asking the public !!!! Unreal !
