Yolanda Miller,Wonderful, attentive staff. Mr Anthony checked all my fluids. He topped off my wiper fluids, cleaned my windshield, explained everything that he was doing, step by step. Checked to see if I had any questions or concerns. Explained that I can come back before the milage or 3 months to get more oil and get my fluids checked.
Michelle McBean,Sale girl needs to listen to customers needs before she takes action.she charged me for the wrong oil even though I told her twice it was a diesel and your computer told her it “TAKES SPECIAL OIL” Very disappointed with the service I received. Store manager came out right before she put the wrong oil in my truck and saved her.manager adjusted ticket after final sales were pushed before service was done.
Big Daddy,Very polite men and very informative. Jalek was so awesome and really did his best to explain things to me. I’m definitely not a car person and normally my husband does all upkeep for me but these guys made me feel like I know what was actually happening. This is by far the best location I’ve ever been to in Louisiana. Keep up the good work guys!
