I’ve always had wonderful experiences at Take 5, but this location takes the gold. Ryan goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed the moment you pull in. Everyone is always high energy, smiles, and moving with a purpose. They explain every step of the full service oil change to you as you go and make recommendations that don’t feel pressured (as a clueless-with-cars woman, this is huge). Itemized bill at the end is a nice plus. Military discount of 25% is awesome. Will continue to give this location my business.

The shop manager Ryan and the technician were working by themselves; and they did a remarkable job. Their communication was excellent and kept each customer informed of what they were doing. The stress of being under staff is not easy; but the two of them remained calm, professional and courteous. If I had an oil shop; I would have hired them on the spot. I had a great experience at Take 5 today. Ryan and Richard were working short-handed and handling everything themselves, but you would never have known it from the level of service they provided. They were professional, efficient, and kept a positive attitude while managing a busy workload. Outstanding customer service from both Ryan and Richard. I was coming into town to visit family. Mind you, I already knew it was time for an oil change, but I didn't have time before hitting the road, so when I made it into Derrider I stopped by got out of my vehicle only to ask if they were still open, but before I could even open the door good a friendly young man greeted me with a smile and a bottle of water I asked him the question he said yes so him and his partner directed me into the bay, and they were both very professional and no pressure on picking which brand of oil I needed just suggested once I decided they went into action and were very professional the whole time I am not sure of their names, but I want to say Josh and maybe Ryan from what I may have read on the computer but if not both of the gentlemen were super professional and nice on Friday the 10th of this month and I will say I am pleased with their service and the oil decision I noticed a difference in gas mileage on my trip the next day to Ponchatoula I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends that are in the area 😀 heck I may have to start driving back and forth for my oil changes just for these two 😀
