At 1st I wasn’t going to choose Take 5 to trust with my cars maintenance after looking at online google reviews for the Hammond La Take 5 which is less than 1 mile from my home. Not only wouldn’t they answer the phone when I called twice their reviews were mostly bad but then I remembered there is a Take 5 near where I work in Covington La. I then looked at the Covington Take 5 reviews and I found them to be much more positive and they answered my phone call after the 2nd ring so.. I drove 30mins to get my oil changed and I was glad I did!! I wish I remembered their names. There were 2 gentleman who greeted me promptly and I was very impressed with every step of my experience with them. Extremely professional and polite and made me feel as if I wasn’t just another dollar earned for the company!! I’d give 1000 stars to them but since the limit is 5 that’s what I’m giving!! Thank you Covington La Take 5 on Hwy 190 at approximately 615pm for the exceptional service!!
Fast, friendly, and professional service! The team at Take 5 Oil Change got me in and out quickly without any pressure or upselling. Everyone was courteous, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. Great customer service and a convenient experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Wow - Those techs had it going on! Fast, efficient, polite - it's been a long time since I had customer service like that. I had been going to the dealership, but Buick sure doesn't provide the level of service I received. I think I paid a little more, but it was 💯 worth it. 10 minutes vs over an hour AND I was offered water. Thank you Take 5 - see you AGAIN in 6k miles!
