I watched the take 5 building be built for the town of Baker, I was delighted not to have to drive to Zachary for an oil change..The location is very convenient and the crew was very sufficient in getting my oil changed and getting me back on the road..Very Professional the young lady and man explained in detail everything they performed from whats needed to what was okay..And they also offer services outside of an oil change..If you’re looking for convenience and some where to properly have your vehicle maintained along with reasonable prices go check out the take 5 location on Plank Rd in Baker!! I originally went to Walmart to get my oil changed but they were taking too long, so I decided to go to Take 5, even though my past experience with the cost have been terrible. I was immediately greeted and was told to pull into the overhang area. I was offered a bunch of things to do with my car, which was understandable cause I have no idea when this car had last been maintenance. All of the three workers were very friendly and tried to help me out as best as they could. Even though I spent way more money than i had planned, I know some important things were handled that would prevent even bigger things from happening. I appreciate this crew genuinely and if the Lord says the same, I will be back.

I had a very professional and polite experience at this location. Technician was very professional and very knowledgeable. Extra polite and respectful. Those guys and young lady deserve a raise. You don't find too many young adults that take pride in their jobs. Every one had shirt tails in, dressed very professional and they all work together to satisfy the customer. I will definitely be back to get my vehicle service here again. Keep up the good work guys👍💯

I usually go to the Zachary location, but I didn't really have the time so I decided to try this location. Service was great. Answered all my questions and everything seems good. If all is well I'll probably come back to this location again. Edit: had a radiator flush as part of my service. They didn't use the correct antifreeze/coolant. Was under the assumption that if the service was offered, they would have the correct coolant. I now will have to pay to have it flushed once again to have the proper coolant added. You know what they say about assuming 😏. But still the service was good as I blame myself for not being more observant.

Very professional. Terrance and Creighton, mannerism and attire was very refreshing. Creighton was well trained, and very knowledgeable on the services I needed for my vehicle. Thank God everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I am a retired grandmother and I was accompanied with my 4 and 6 yrs old grandkids. Thanks for that great customer experience.
