Honestly can say I won’t be go anywhere else. I’ve tried Point S, Jiffy Lube, and many others around Twin Falls. None of them come close to the expertise and professionalism that I personally experienced here. Not only did they do a phenomenal job, they fixed issues that another establishment caused and also ones that were overlooked. So 100% would recommended you skip the other guys and just come here.

Michael, the manager, was wonderful. He was clearly training two other guys, and he was taking his time and instructing them on why he was doing everything. And he talked to my kids, asked about their day, and made sure to explain everything to me about what they were doing. It was a good price, and a great experience overall. I had such a great experience with 5 Minute Oil Change in Twin Falls. I was traveling from Las Vegas to Seattle when a warning light came on, so I stopped in to have it checked out. Michael was incredibly helpful and took the time to make sure everything was okay. Even though I didn’t actually need an oil change, they still checked all my fluids and made sure my car was in good shape for the rest of my trip. They also fixed my tire pressure, which gave me real peace of mind on a long drive. I used to go to Jiffy Lube, but this place consistently has better prices and a genuinely friendly, helpful attitude. It’s rare to find that combination. This is the only place I use now, and I highly recommend them to anyone passing through or local to the area.

I stopped by for an oil change and asked if they accepted walk-ins, they had me pull forward right away and even offered me a water, which was a nice touch. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I had a great conversation with the manager, and they made sure to show me my oil and confirm everything looked good. They also topped off all my fluids and checked my tire pressure, and noticed my filter was on its last life so they had replaced that for me as well! The entire process only took about 15–20 minutes. Fast, efficient, and genuinely friendly service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing an oil change.
