Had an oil related issue come up after having had an oil change here. I went back to try to figure out what might have happened. They didn't have to help me to the extent that they did. The issue I was having could not have happened because of anything that could go wrong in a standard oil change. To be fair I should have gone to a mechanic first but didn't realize that at the time. They really went above and beyond to identify the issue and explain to me what I needed to tell a mechanic. I went in (the second time) on the verge of tears and super stressed out. I left laughing with a clear plan in mind. They have my business and gratitude.

I called bright and early at 8 AM on a Saturday, and the gentleman who answered the phone was polite, informative, and incredibly helpful. When we arrived, I realized he was also the one who greeted us in person. Sheldon took exceptional care of us from start to finish and made sure I got the best deal possible. He was initially able to offer me $20 off on the spot, but after mentioning I had signed up online for a coupon earlier, he encouraged me to double-check because they had recently sent out $25 coupons as well. Sure enough, he was right — and instead of saving $20, I saved $25! As a single mother, that extra savings helped more than he probably realizes. Sheldon, thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service today. You truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear you have a bright future ahead of you. You’re the definition of excellent customer service! Attached is a photo of Sheldon and the coolant/antifreeze exchange service he helped us with today. This car was parked for over a year and hadn’t had this done since 2021!

It was my first time using Take 5 and I wasn’t sure what time they closed. It was around 7:50 pm or so when I pulled up and James and Jamal gladly welcomed me and my business, even though they are supposed to close @ 8 pm. I would have expected them to either ask me to come back at a more reasonable time of business or rushed through the service to get done and go home. However, it was the complete opposite of experiences for me. James took the time to fully explain all of the options available for my truck and both Jamal and James took their time to do a good and thorough job on not just the oil change but also the secondary checks as well. I was very pleased with the service I received especially at the end of their shift. I will highly recommend the Carrollton, GA Take 5 location specifically to family and friends. 👍🏼👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Absolutely outstanding service! Dakota, Justin (Maui), and Abraham (AB) were the dream team. Dakota walked me through every service with clarity and care, Maui handled the oil change with skill and great conversation, and AB explained my CarCare Promotions package in detail, swapped my filter, offered water, and made sure everything was reset and good to go. What impressed me most was that this level of attention wasn’t just for me; they treated every customer with the same kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Hands down the best car maintenance experience I’ve ever had. I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back!

They were amazing , offered a cold water bottle the second i pulled in. Just so kind and patient so helpful , talked me through everything and explained things i didn’t understand. This was my VERY first time going there and i will continue to go there for any service they provide! Also very affordable they gave a discount and asked me about my price ranging , i was overall very very very satisfied! Thank you to the amazing staff and the place in general .
