There are not enough, good words that I could speak about my experience here yesterday. They went above and beyond to help me get everything I asked for and things I didn’t even know I needed. One man who wasn’t even on the clock, jumped on his motorcycle and went and got the part I needed for my car. Joshua, Josh, Ryan, Rae, Bree, and Matt were all excellent and what they did. They walked me to the bathroom to make sure I didn’t fall on the floor. They offered us water more times than we can count because it was so hot. They didn’t just take care of my car. they took care of me. I didn’t wanna leave and I look forward to going back Just to visit even if there’s nothing wrong with my car.

I arrived and was greeted by the most friendly staff. Rae made sure my tires were efficiently loaded with air, performed a clean job pouring the oil in, and even generously pulled the leaves out from under my hood. Josh Martin was professional in explaining each service my car needed, and helpful in finding an affordable price for me. Nate did the services below, and reassured that everything was done correctly. The team was fluent and precise. It’s 90 degrees outside today, and easy to get frustrated in heat, however each individual showed me kindness that is unfortunately rare in the 2026 service industry. Paying for car service can be dreadful, but I’m grateful to know the money I work hard for is going to genuine humans. Will definitely be returning to this location

Swung in yesterday for a quick oil change and drove out feeling like I made the right call. Ryan was outstanding… professional, knowledgeable, and straight with me the whole time. He walked through what filters and lubricants I was overdue on and actually explained why and the options I had, which I appreciated. When I mentioned I wasn’t looking to spend more than my oil change, he worked with me and had some coupons/discounts to apply while also explaining competitor costs. The whole visit was quick, painless, and the service checklist they walk through gives you confidence everything got looked at. This is how a service experience should go. Ryan’s the man, thanks!

I was first greeted with bottles of water for everyone in the car. They weren’t cold though so we couldn’t drink them right then and it was 92* degrees outside. I felt bad for the attendees who were having to work in the heat. They gave me a great deal and upgraded me to the best oil with the air filter and were still cheaper than Blue Sky Automotive was in Crawford and they priced me for a Synthetic Blend and no air filter. I normally try to keep my business in the area I live in which is Crawford but I was going to Athens anyway and when I showed them the printout from the local business they couldn’t believe how high they were. I also received several other perks as a thank you for choosing them and I didn’t have to wait an hour to an hour and 45 minutes like Blue Skies told me. I never had to even get out of my car at Take5. Thanks Nathan and Kevin for the great service and the discounts you gave us.

I recently had a coolant exchange and differential service done, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Josh Wade & team did a wonderful job and completed the work professionally and efficiently per usual!! They took great care of my vehicle, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish.
