The beauty of their setup and their system is you're right there in the car while everyone's working on yours and you can see and know what everyone's doing, because there's an orchestrator today, my my orchestrator's name was Vidal and he was very, very professional. And he made sure that everything was checked on my vehicle. My differential was very low of oil, and I did not know that and could have ruined my gears. And he was on it, and I went ahead and got it done today for only the $100. These guys check everything, even the stuff they don't service. They check the fluid levels, highly recommend them. They were great.

I wanted to leave this review specifically so management can reference today’s schedule and recognize the crew working this shift because they absolutely earned it. From the moment I pulled in, the team was professional, welcoming, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly without pressure, answered my questions, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. What stood out most was how well everyone communicated with each other and how much they seemed to care about doing quality work while still moving quickly. The service was honest, organized, and customer-focused. It’s rare to find a place that combines speed with attention to detail, but this team did exactly that. They checked everything thoroughly and made the visit feel easy from start to finish. My experience with Take 5 in Zephyrhills was superb. James greeted me with a water bottle. Through the course of my appppoinment, James, Karl and Guilermo were professional;, knowledgable, and efficient. They were honest about the needs of ny vehicle and did not pressure an "upsale." Not only was my experience exemplary, I observed and overheard the same level of service provided to others. I highly recommend Take 5.

Military ID gets 25% off, if your car burns oil you get up to a 2 quart within the 3,000 mile envelope. My car doesn't burn oil but I use BG EPR 109 engine that I bought privately to flush immediately before oil changes. Larry said no problem. So I poured my flush in the engine ran it ten minutes and Larry marshalled me into the pit. I also use BG MOA oil stabilizer and Larry added this to me fresh synthetic oil. Larry also gave me my old oil filter so I can inspect it for sludge and metal. As a military vet, I appreciated watching Larry communicate with Josh. Everything the team touched on my car was double checked by another person. Very professional. After the military discount it was $86. No complaints I was impressed and I will return

I got my oil changed today for the first time at Take 5 Oil. The guys were very nice, the service was quick, and they were thorough throughout the service. I got a high mileage oil change, windshield wipers replaced, and an oil filter replacement for ~$200. I was greeted asking if I’d like a cold bottle of water which I graciously declined. I asked questions and received genuine answers. I would recommend this business if you need services quickly!
