OMG!!! I have never had such great service anywhere much less while getting an oil change. The guy's in Loveland were so friendly and kept checking to make sure we were good and asking if we needed water. They went above and beyond with everything they did for our car. They chatted with us and explained everything they were doing. I felt like they were honest about what our car needed and didn't automatically push higher priced items. This has become my only place to get oil changes from now on and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks, guys!

It was my first experience at Take 5. I was looking for a place that I could depend on to do right by me and my car, with friendly, honest and efficient service. I went in the morning for an oil change and returned later in the day for coolant flush and rear differential service. My car was serviced by Jessie, Arthur, Noah, Sebastian and Damien… each and everyone was friendly, respectful and professional. The time spent was minimal compared to other places and the prices for the services were very competitive. They shared information about services that would need to be handled within a reasonable amount of time but were not pushy. I appreciated these things being brought to my attention. Also let me know of active coupons. Extraordinary experience. My new favorite place to have my care serviced. I will return!

I only have great things to say about my visit here. Upon arrival, I was acknowledged immediately and shown where to pull up, I was given an estimated wait time and offered ice cold water, which is always appreciated. Once it was my turn (wait was less than what was estimated, which was nice), pulled up and told them what I wanted. They also gave some recommendations based on mileage of my vehicle, which I didn't do this time around but is good to keep in mind- will return to get it done another day. I appreciated the heads up, they never insisted or pushed it, I felt informed- not pressured. Everyone I encountered (Sunday, late morning, 5/11/25) was polite, professional, and really down to earth, that were kind and personable. They got me taken care of pretty fast, gave me an estimate of cost before anything was done, didn't upset me on anything, got my fluids and tires topped off, I always felt informed but free to make my own choices -which can be a lost art these days. Will definitely go back, and recommend others do the same. Great guys, great service, in and out quickly, get what you want and nothing you don't. 5/5. -update- Went back again, same experience. Love the crew there, super friendly and informative without pushing for other things. Offered me water several times, and were just overall very pleasant to interact with. I started coming here because its close to home, but I will continue to come here because of the great service.

Sebastian and the team at Take 5 were really great, they got me in very quickly. They do up sell products and services but they do not pressure you to purchase. It was a little pricier than maybe other places by maybe 15-20 dollars but the speed and efficiency was worth the extra money. I usually go to Firestone but my car may be there all day, especially with a walk in. At take 5 I drive right up, stayed in my car and Sebastian went through the options, recommended other services and I was out of there in 30ish minutes. I got a premium oil change $129 and a new air filter $35 for my 2015 dodge ram truck. They were very friendly and gave closed loop communication for me and to confirm the work they were doing with each other. I would recommend this place for an oil change.

My service today was wonderful. They greet you with a water and I enjoy that I don’t have to get out of the car. I called ahead as the dealership I got my car from pays for the first few oil changes and I wanted to make sure I knew what I was doing. Donny was very helpful on the phone and was there today when I came in. He and his crew (I don’t remember their names sorry) were excellent at explaining what was covered and what wasn’t. Truly an outstanding experience all around. Will be back for sure!
