This was by far the best oil change experience I've ever had. So much so, I was recommending them to people at the stores I stopped at on the way home. Amber, Edwin and Giovanni are fast, efficient, and informed. The whole experience and oil change took just 15 short minutes, while you relax in your car. Amber gave me a cold bottle of water upon arrival, and Edwin and Giovanni did the oil change. They were all highly professional and friendly. I won't get my oil changed anywhere else, from now on. It was my first time at this location. I initially thought I needed an oil change, but it turned out my vehicle just needed to be topped off. Giovanni and Edwin were both very attentive, friendly, and professional. Giovanni greeted me with water, listened to what I needed, and made sure I was taken care of quickly. They topped off my fluids, showed me my air filter, checked my brake pads even though they didn’t have to, and looked at another item I had a quick question about. They explained everything clearly and got me in and out fast. I really appreciate the great service I received and will definitely be back.

Amber knows her stuff. They all do at Take 5. I got in and out almost as quick as when ordering a JJ sandwich. They topped off low fluids and small talk with you while you wait in your car. I came here because Walmart couldn’t do the job and just left me hanging without notice. They cost more than the bad places, but the service and efficiency are worth it. They got a new favorite customer in me.
