Although I completely understand that this was an issue I did Not appreciate my time, being wasted, especially after I already expressed that I Needed to leave at a specific time. I quickly went over to This take five location in hopes of getting my oil changed however, they ended up telling me the same thing, but this time the customer service was Excellent, they understood my circumstances, and they didn't waste my time. They did their very best to resolve my issue and I appreciate the effort And the excellent communication throughout this process. Although I did not leave with my oil changed, I am very appreciative of how hard they worked to get me in and were considerate of my time. It was unfair to them that I came to them with this dilemma, but they still handled it Very well.

My service attendant (not sure what they are called, I forgot what he told me they were called) answered my questions and explained what was going on and why I needed to to do when asked to do something i.e. turn on vehicle, turn on heater, etc. They also have and do military discount.
Noey Hernandez,I love coming here for my oil change! And I can’t say that about most places I’ve been to in Parker/Aurora. Most are overpriced and even when you have an appointment, you are waiting at least an hour at other places. At Take 5 Oil Change they literally have you in and out in 15 minutes or less and usually it’s less! No appointment needed, just drive up! The guys are super friendly and knowledgeable and usually offering online deals.
