Today has been such an amazing experience. Deion was a lube tech when I came last time and now he is a shop manager in training. I recognized his gifts and talents on my last visit. Thank you for giving him a chance. He has the most positive attitude and all the other young men there were a joy to watch working together to get it all done. Great service, our rental's oil needed to be changed and Antonio helped us with it as fast as possible. The other guy working with him, Marquis, was also super friendly and offered us water as we waited. Antonio also was really funny and made us laugh during what would've been a stressful situation. Even though it was a rental he still was very informative and explained everything to us. Thank you to Antonio and Marquis for your assistance and for having such a nice energy!

I just want to take a moment to share my appreciation for the guys who work for Take 5 Oil Change on Missouri Street in West Memphis! My skid plate had come undone, and it was dragging when I drove at high speeds. I stopped by Take 5 Oil Change and the guys removed the portion of my skid plate that was dragging the ground. They all had very pleasant attitudes and were happy to help me. I was glad to experience such great customer service!
