The GM was there when I went to the Take 5 on Oak Street, his name is Joey, he was VERY professional, courteous, and really helped me get my car set up to run like a top!! I explained to him the sentimental value of the car I was entrusting to him, it was my first car I drove out of high school and then was my grandfather’s car before he passed away for several years after. He took a detailed look at all of the fluids within his allowed “Take-5” scope(could not look at the brake fluid and the trans fluid in my car was located in an inaccessible area of the car), and then he gave the absolute BEST oil and coolant exchanges that I have ever experienced anywhere else!!! I will be back there to get a differential fluid exchange when my bank account permits it lol. Overall: he performed the exchanges with absolute precision and provided me with some NEXT LEVEL, EXPERT care the likes of which I thought was not achievable by a place like Take-5, proving me wrong in that regard AND leaving me with a much better performing vehicle to boot! I would absolutely recommend that location, and any of the other 12 locations under Joey’s management to anybody that needs that type of service on their vehicles, including, but not limited to: oil changes, fluid exchanges of many sorts, and diagnosing potentially super expensive problems that could occur without taking care of certain(apparently) FULLY diagnosable issues by Take-5!! If I could leave a higher rating for them than 5 stars, I would. 10/10, A++, 100% would recommend and WILL be back, EVERY time!!!! Thanks again to the experts at Take 5 and to Joey!!

Huge shoutout to Gavin and Keyvion at Take 5! They were both very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They made the whole experience quick, easy, and stress-free while still taking the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but these two definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for Gavin and Keyvion if you stop by Take 5!

Wanted to thank Cody and the crew from Conway store on Oak ST for being patient on my girl friends car it’s a Range Rover and it requires a different tool to change oil . Ty guys for treating her with respect and the kindness you showed her ! We will be back ! Great job guys !

I have been to this location multiple times and always have a good experience. I wanted to shout out Ryan and Caleb for going above and beyond. They did my oil change today and did a fantastic job. They recomended services based on my engine model and let me know of some additional concerns that come up with my specific engine type including recalls and common issues that can spring up after so many miles.They were very knowledgeable and were happy to assist. They were able to explain engine components and functions where I understood easily. They deserve a lot of recognition for their excellent service. 10/10 will definitely come back again.

I waited almost 3 hours to get my oil changed. If I wasn't already overdue and had a coupon, I probably would not have waited. I was 2nd waiting for a bay.They had all three bays open, 4 guys working.However, only two were servicing. One guy appeared to be training and the other was was keeping people going in the order in which they arrive and passing out water. When I got in the bay, I mentioned the wait. He apologized and explained they were extremely short handed. I don't fault the guys working. They were doing the best they could. I got good service once I got it.
