Had a bad experience with another oil change place. I decided to try the new place, take five was wonderful. Due to no fault of their own,they were not able to complete the service, full refund was given, and as soon as I could take care of the problem, I was very happy to return and pay them for their work. Highly recommended, I will not be going anywhere else for both of my cars.

Yall the Take 5 off military is unmatched. I’m never going to another one. Jayme was super helpful not only in making sure the job was done and done right, but going out of her way to offer me knowledge and savings for the next time. Also, super quick. Ryan and the team (Ethan and Tim) is doing an amazing job. Clear communication every step of the way and no unnecessary selling. Offered us better packages and clearly stated their benefits. Checked everything including coolant and tires. Great experience, will be back.

Showed up at 7:30 being a stay at home mom had to drop kids off at school so was going to wait until they opened at 8! But I pulled up and not even 5 mins they came out and greeted me with bottle of water and got me right in. As they work in my Yukon and charged the oil everything they checked they would say out loud to each other and I was there to here as well. Once all fluids were filled they would come show me the dip stick showing me everything being full. They right your mileage on front windshield and when all said and done they wash it off and they even wipe down the hood getting rid of the fingerprints! Over all this was a very good experience I had and will be back!

William and Timothy who worked the Friday night shift were absolutely amazing and thorough through every step of my oil change. I was so impressed that even on a Friday night (where I was certainly the last car to roll in for the evening), they genuinely left no stone unturned. The service and knowledgeability they provide is why I have trusted Take 5 with every oil change I have gotten on every car that I have owned. They are such an asset to their team, not only from an operational standpoint but also a customer service one. Thank you guys again!
