**June 2026 - Told you it wouldn’t be my last! I went back to Take5 (Broadway/Kolb). Same excellent service. This time from Mike! He was not only communicative and efficient, but very funny. Left with confidence that my van was taken care of and a smile on my face. ** April 2026 - This was my first time to a Take5 - and it won’t be my last! Adrian and Dylan both appeared to understand that they’re not in the “oil changing” industry but in the Customer Service business! Both of them were friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. Bravo!
Lisa M.,the guys at this discount tire always take AMAZING care of my car. they go above and beyond every time. this is, no joke, the only oil change spot i will go to in tucson. not only for their efficiency, attention to detail, thoroughness, and consistency in great customer service, but the vibes are ALWAYS right. like, getting an oil change is one of those inevitable and annoying things in life like going to the post office or the dmv. but i rarely leave either of those places with a smile on my face. this take five, though? man, im smiling the whole time. i wouldn't even care if it took twice as long, i'd still be satisfied with the service simply because everyone is always in such a great mood and seemingly having a great time! but they're SUPER fast and the wait is never more than a few minutes before i'm seen!

My only bummer was they offered a 25% off discount literally the next day, and that really would have been nice to have after having an alignment done earlier in the day. They had me in and out super quick and it is really close to my house.

lucius miller,Driving back into Tucson at 7:45pm my check oil light comes on. I'm in Tucson for an extended stay, however, I live full-time in Texas. My vehicle has been put through its paces. On-line I noticed Take 5 closed at 8 pm. I called to ask if I get there at 7:55 pm even closer to 8 pm will you still get me in to check and change my oil? They did. They even took someone that drove up behind me. Friendly. Professional. Showed me what was going on with my air filter and my oil. No pushy up-sales. I am grateful!! I will definitely go back when in town and I will absolutely recommend them!!
