Great service and customer service. The two gentlemen that took care of my car needs were top notch, ethical and forthcoming. I will definitely return. These are knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy people. Try them out for yourself. I was even offered water and each detail was explained in its entirety. CJ i believe was the Young man that took care of my situation. Then the Manager followed up and it was a pleasant experience. Fast, efficient and reasonably priced! Second visit. Same great service. Two for one review!! Tldr: my husband and I got oil changes on both our vehicles and we even though we dropped $$$ we’re not crying. Audi Q5 review: reasonably priced, not too bad. Pleasantly surprised that someone is available to change the oil, seeing as how if you go to other places, there’s a high chance they’ll say “nope!” since this vehicle has a digital dipstick. Took a little longer, but that’s because I was chatting them up and asking questions. To be fair, these guys know what they’re doing and for only two people working at the time, they got me out in great time. Debating on whether to make the switch, but highly considering it after the 5/5 service. ‘02 Suburban review: You looked at my ancient SUV and didn’t bat an eye. You walked through the process and discussed options and time ranges for possible service completion. I didn’t feel held hostage or like I was being up charged. You even helped out with a service I wasn’t planning on having performed but decided to do then instead of in a few weeks (it needed to be done after all). I’ll be frank, going here was more than I wanted to spend, but in terms of taking care of vehicles to help them run well for as long as possible, getting cheap oil changes aren’t going to cut it. Inside care isn’t putting lipstick on a pig, in this case. I’m trying to extend the already long life my family’s car has had and if paying more is going to help that, then so be it. So thank you for being the team that’s making the difference when it comes to fast and reliable service. Need an oil change? Not sure if your coolant is at the end of its cycle? Forgot to buy new wiper blades or unsure if your engine filter is needing replaced? Come to Ryan and he’ll make sure your car is taken care of. He’s upfront about what’s going to be performed and you can deny service if it’s not what you’re wanting that day. Plus, they top off your coolant, oil and wiper fluid in between your scheduled oil changes. So the real question is after reading all this: why aren’t you already on your way over now??

The morning crew did an amazing job. They’re very courteous, very descriptive with everything that they were doing to the vehicle. They even showed me after for the oil change the dipstick where the oil level was. they also checked my cabin filters even after they checked the cabin filters, I bought both of them and she picked up the trash out of my floorboard and out of the car and threw it away for me. Very nice very sweet people this is the spot to go for your oil change in Huntsville al

Took my truck in for oil change. 1st thing they offer me a bottle of water. 2nd thing I like is they filled my truck with oil out of the quart container, so you know exactly what's going in and how much. Than than offered to check my cabin filter and I ended up let them replace it. Really nice folks and made the process pleasant. They will be doing all my changes from now on.

I've had really bad experience getting my oil changed in south Huntsville over the past decade. From rude service to forgetting to put the caps back on to refusal to get in the cabin to get the air filter, it's been awful. My first time using Take 5 was pretty good. The young man running the oil change was friendly and the service seemed good. Overall, I'm giving 5 stars as this was the first time I've had an oil change in Huntsville that wasn't a zero star interaction. I'm going to go back as needed. Finally, an oil change near my home!
