Excellent service! I was in and out with 0 problems. They guided me in the garage with ease. All employees were very professional but still had a very friendly accommodating attitude. I enjoyed small talk with the lady over seeing the work. Any questions I had were answered fully in terms I could understand. They have great coupons. I got the 25$ off. I did have problems getting the coupon from their site but called and they text it to me in mins. Over all the experience was a 10 out of 10. I honestly couldn't make any suggestions on how they could improve. I will return! Happy customer!
These guys were good. 1st offered my a cold bottle of water. Then I told them what I needed done. They went to work right away. Then the sales pitxh comes in. Wipers, transmission, filters. I said no to all as the prices for these items are a 3rd at the auto parts store. Then the guy who changed the oil came and told me that the drain plug had been put on to tight and could damage the oil pan. He stated he put it on correctly this time. LAST OIL CHANGE WAS AT ANOTHER TAKE 5 IN ORANGE PARK FLA. So I know who messed up there. They were quick and efficient. We will come back
Employees did a great job. The problem is they have no good cooling system and they look like they’re about to pass out. customer is also sweating because the Aircon or fan system doesn’t have any type of cool breeze. It’s almost 100° here in Live Oak Florida. You need to work on a way to keep your employees cooled down.. The pit section is not cooled down They need a fan to keep them cool when they change oil filter filters.. One employee almost passed out!
