⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Philips Highway! Ray & Byrd were ready to go right at 7 AM, which I really appreciated. From the moment I pulled in, Ray already had a cold bottle of water waiting for me. Byrd wait the extra mile to tell me that my back tires were low, after he had already filled them up. That small touch set the tone for the entire visit. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable, efficient & provided excellent customer service. Great service + great people + knowledgeable technicians = a returning customer! I’ll definitely be back again & again. Highly recommend this location! 🚗⭐️ PS. My experience at this take 5 was exceptional! As it was my first time going to a take 5, I had no idea what to expect and what their process was. The team made it seamless upon arrival to pull into a bay and immediately got to work helping me choose the service that was right for me. Ray was a knowledge leader so I had no doubt all was perform correctly and with good care. Ray's customer service was too notch and made getting an oil change absolutely enjoyable.
I was a walk in without an appointment. They had a full house but got me in very quickly and did a wonderful job in no time while I sat in my car. Everyone was very polite and insightful to my needs of an oil change. I used my coupon for $25.00 off and was done in no time at all. I was very pleased with everything that they did especially without even having an appointment. Fast and efficient. They were Great & very reasonably priced. I appreciate Great service at a Great price! Thank you.
