I pulled into Take 5 in Pampa, Texas a few minutes before 8pm. I was greeted by two women who were very professional, pleasant, and friendly. I asked if they were still open, and both women welcomed me in without hesitation. A little later I realized they close at 8pm. During my oil change, these two held great communication with one another. Both women provided me information about services offered as well as detailed information about my vehicle. They were very thorough and checked the rest of my fluids and tires, then cleaned my nasty windshield. They answered all my questions. I admire these women in a male dominated work environment. I can truly say these women could work circles around some of the guys I’ve seen in this industry!! My experience with DONNA and SUMMER was exceptional!!
The team did a great job and their knowledge of the services provided was unparalleled. My cabin filter was a beast to change, but they stuck with it and no damage was done. Also got a coolant change and am very happy with the results. Great shop! Krystal, Jakob, and Cooper were phenomenal.
Loved the positive attitudes and friendly service and how everything that I was charged was explained to me Donna and I want to say the guys name is David were great id give 10 stars if I could
