Took my car in for an oil change. Angie and the crew she was with today ( 10/17/26) were phenomenal. She communicated great, walked me through the whole thing, answered questions thoroughly and they were fast. I was a little nervous as it's not something I do everyday ,but she put my mind at ease and made me feel very comfortable. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. Solid 100/10. Would recommend to anyone needing their oil done.
On a road trip from Michigan, I needed an oil change. Take 5 had nothing but five star reviews, and they are legit. This is an A+ oil change shop, reasonably priced and with an outstanding team - knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I liked how they talk back and forth to one another about service process and progress on both bays. They scrubbed all the bugs off my windshield (bless them!) directed me to several other things I needed in town - and sent me on my way with a cold bottle of water. Thanks Team!
I am a single woman and I worry about being ripped off, Hayden, Thomas, and Jeff were so friendly and let me know honestly what was needing replaced and what was ok. They even let me know of an issue that they don't get a benefit from just because they care. I will continue to be a customer and will recommend!
