It was 93 degrees on Tuesday the 31st. You would never know it from the looks of the crew. All had great welcoming attitudes. They walked me thru procedure and options. Don't know how they did a job on a hotter than hot car. Take 5 get those gents some shop fans. Not so much as a breeze inside. Leaving, I honked my horn like I was in a parade. We have 2 vehicles are new to Wisconsin will be back. Appreciate the works and the service. A+

New Manager- sent here to transform the place to tip top- Believe his name Jason? (Sorry if I got it wrong!) He's a total pro and striving to train new youngsters in both technical and customer service skills. Challenging, but believe he's up to the task. I'm a several years patron, been through their trials of finding and keeping quality and qualified employees. Seems perhaps finally they are truly serious about establishing professionalism with long term consistency. Also they are seeking new blood, persons ready and willing to learn and perform at high and professional level. Hey, if you aren't too proud to learn, to execute, to be high level and get your hands dirty, get after it! Oh, want to express also to the many other Posts, have read them all - Hey, I totally believe all you who've had messed up experiences, NOT COOL - and I gotta say, if some of what had happened to ya'll had happened to me I'd be HOT, same as you, leave a low review and not return , not blaming you a bit. Yes, over past 6 years I've had a couple trials, but NOTHING like some of you have dealt with! I can only say I believe NOW that positive change seriously begun. Hope so, for all our sakes! Are prices high? Yep . BUT, when all things are run right and done right, I'm cool with it. Especially when I can pop in multiple times for top offs and tires - And to the person who encountered 4 different pressures on their tires.... WOW, I'd be p.o.'d also! Was fortunate that district manager was overseeing the work. I say this because this is not the first time I have taken my n vehicle to take5. Every time I go there is an entire new staff so big turn over That makes me think that some of the staff may now be well versed on what they should be doing which leads to possible errors. The workers are usually very young so they aren't seasoned "grease monkeys" (, no offense intended with that). However I would prefer to take it to take 5 than Walmart and dealerships just bend you over when you walk in the door. As for price...meh...a bit high but not totally unreasonable. Also appreciated the mention of some things that should be done in the future but no hard tactics to upsell
