I have been a "Take 5" patron for several years now. My job involves me traveling through out the country on various assignments. When it comes time for an oil change, I've been very fortunate that there has been a Take 5 available. I am very pleased with the consistency in professionalism and the friendly/knowledgeable staff at each location I have utilized. Now my local Take 5 is just a little more special to me, but that's because I think they exceed expectations in every category! They are awesome!
It was 93 degrees on Tuesday the 31st. You would never know it from the looks of the crew. All had great welcoming attitudes. They walked me thru procedure and options. Don't know how they did a job on a hotter than hot car. Take 5 get those gents some shop fans. Not so much as a breeze inside. Leaving, I honked my horn like I was in a parade. We have 2 vehicles are new to Wisconsin will be back. Appreciate the works and the service. A+
The guys were very kind and reassuring because I got a notification on my dashboard display I was low on oil, and to pit oil in. I was nervous I ruined something. They were super kind and explained everything to me. Definitely would recommend them
