I used Take 5 oil changes to change the oil in both my cars recently. I found the service to be extremely efficient, easy and more than pleasant. I was impressed by the quality of customer service Harvey and his fellow crew member displayed during not only my original visits but my return visit to reset my speedometer. Their wonderful positive attitude was exceptional and difficult to measure, But will certainly ensure return customers.
I forgot the two gentleman's names, however, they did a terrific job.i got an oil change. They were so polite, respectful, fastes paced and explained everything they were doing every step of the way. They offer you a water right away. They were both working on labor day, just the two of them and they were busy, but they kept up with the flow. I will be going there for now on. Thank you.
Gregory and Jacob were awesome when I got my oil changed. Gregory was so personable and communicated so well. Jacob took time to let me know some details I didn't think to ask about. If I know their schedules I would make sure I went back when they were there in the future.
