The guy who changed/topped off my oil failed to put the cap back on. I drove 8 hours not knowing this so oil splattered all over under the hood and I and my cat had to breathe burning oil the entire 8 hours. The next day is when I discovered what the problem was. I immediately called the store to report this and had to purchase 5 qts of oil and a new cap. Once I returned to Wisc, I was given an oil change at no cost to me and I was satisfied. I returned yesterday for a top off at no cost to me and everyone was very nice.
The first thing that they did was offer me cold water, which I thought was so kind. They were very thorough and seemed to know what they were doing, but even more they were all very nice to me and said that they hope I would have a better day as my husband had just passed away recently. I will definitely go back to them.
Pulled in for a free air check with my air level low and was totally taken care of by two very very nice folks! Highly recommended
