Very helpful staff. I love the water bottle they had helpful suggestions about regular maintenance. They topped off my antifreeze and suggested I keep an eye on it. They changed my air filter only when they let me see how bad it was and agreed to have them do it. They offered to change my windshield wipers and when I said no, they were ok with that. Not pushy at all, only suggested additional items. Definitely going back.
I don't like making an appointment and dropping off my vehicles for oil changes. (having someone pick me up and then drop me off). I love the convenience of Take 5. I drive in when I want. I sit in the vehicle and the job gets done on my timeline. The crew at Reedsburg always does a good job.
Stopped in to take 5 for a quick oil change. Was met by Grace a young tech with a professional attitude and friendly as well. She took my Encores vitals and a tech named Maximus joined her. Together they did the change completely. Informed me of their top off service which sounded great. Overall a great experience and I’ll be back!
