I stopped to get my monthly oil change. When I went to present my coupon I was informed their machine has not taken coupons for days. I asked if there was anything they could do as the value of my coupon was $15. I was informed by Trevor who claims to be the manager that I could call customer service and file a complaint that they would send me some coupons. I said I have a coupon but you said they aren't working. He didn't seem to care. We'll being a customer that spends close to $100 every 5-6 weeks, I care. Now I will be taking my roughly $1000 per year to an oil change place that does care. Don't bother calling their automated customer service line. It tells you it is connecting you and then goes directly to a survey of how well they helped you. It is as broken as Trevor's ability to take care of his loyal customers. I bet his competition will happily take me $100 every 5 - 6 weeks. Good luck Trevor, your inability to solve a customer service issue just cost your store over $1000 per year in oil changes. 5 month update. I came back because it was the only place open and I desperately needed an oil change. This time we had the same issue. The difference, Juan and Lee did whatever he could to make it work this time just won me back. The guys working tonight are amazing. Thank you for restoring my faith in take 5.
Staff was very good but when I left I had no battery power when I reached Woodmans. They must have bumped something during my oil change they need to be more careful around car batteries. Fortunately I was able to wiggle the one battery connector and power was fully restored and I was able to get back home.
I absolutely love going to Take 5 Oil Change in Racine! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They greet me with an ice cold water, get me in and out quickly, and always do a great job. They’re knowledgeable, efficient, and always happy to answer any questions I have. The customer service is amazing, and I truly appreciate how easy they make every oil change. I won’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend Take 5 in Racine! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
