Much improved!! Last time after I had my oil change I drove out to New York and the filter loosened up. I had a terrible leak and got oil all over my brakes. Not cool coming down off of white face mountain with my car smelling like it was going to blow up. I haven't been back since. This time I said, make sure the oil filter is on tight!! I'm heading to New York soon. I hope they listened!!
The guys were super friendly, always explained everything, checked & showed me my filters. One needed changing bad - replaced it in no time. Made suggestions about other products without being pushy, which is always appreciated. Always a great experience
Patrick and another gentleman provided stellar services to this out of towner. They were very professional even when I kicked back about all the personal information they wanted. There service was so good I GAVE them my email address even though Patrick didn't ask for it since I was getting annoyed. If I owned a business, I would hire both. Also, I may stop by next year if my truck needs it. I go to Lake Winneconne every year.
