My typical place that I go to have my vehicle serviced decided that they could not fit me in their schedule... And didn't tell me that they didn't have a cap on their online booking until I walked in the door. My husband recommended I take my Expedition to Take 5 Oil Change. So happy I listened to him! The gentleman that helped us were wonderful and treated me, my Rottweiler and my vehicle with respect and kindness. I enjoyed every minute of the experience and will definitely be using this location for my oil changes in the future. Thanks guys!
I came in to have my tires checked and an oil change. They told me that they would not have to change my oil yet, but showed me how dirty my air filter was. Then he asked when the interior air filter was last checked, and I told him never, I did not even know that was a thing. He pulled it out and it was black. So, I ended up replacing two air filters. It was a very nice experience all around.
Came for emission testing, saw the sign on pulling in that was no longer offered there. I figured no worries I'll just pull through but I was greeted so nicely and treated so professionally I stayed for an oil change (which was needed). I wasnt bombarded with extra stuff. No pressure sales pitches. This will probably be my new oil change place moving forward.
