Exceptional service. This crew was above the standard in providing us service on my Tundra. Straightforward and professional with attention to the details; they noticed a sticker on my dashboard then thanked me for my service which they offered a discount I didn’t have to ask for. I always appreciate businesses that support veterans, teachers and first responders. Having Penzoil was a game changer as well. The truck has some miles on it, but it runs so smoothly since having the service completed by these guys. They care, they know what they are talking about I didn’t feel pressured to have additional services like steering or coolant flush. Definitely will be back, I only wish they were closer to where I live!
I have to say, I got outstanding service. I never took a car in for an oil change before. They explained everything they were doing. They were super nice, kind, friendly and they went out of their way to be helpful. Plus I got a bottle of water for on the road. I'm definitely telling my friends and family to get their oil changed, here. In fact, I already told my daughter. I'm definitely going back to Take 5, for my next oil change.
Everyone was amazing. Very prompt clear and respectful. Don’t pressure me to buy anything but allowed me the opportunity to learn more about my vehicle and how things work. Rico made the experience seem less and efficient. Will continue to bring all of my vehicles here. Was never apart of the take 5 fanbase but I’m now apart of the family. Continue to build this culture and this business will continue to grow!
