Excellent, even without spending a dime! Before pulling into the garage, I was greeted by a friendly, professional technician who offered me a bottle of chilled water. After parking in the garage, I was offered services. My low tires air pressure warning light was on so that’s all I needed them to check. They happily checked all 4 tires & 2 were seriously low on air. All 4 tires were inflated to the correct PSI. They didn’t try to pressure me into spending money. The service they provided was free. I was treated in a professional, caring, helpful manner from start to finish. I highly recommend this business!
The customer service was above and beyond! Although I feel like I got taken advantage of because I just bought expensive brand new wipers n they were put on incorrectly so they asked if I wanted them replaced. I should’ve asked how much they were bc I paid 80$ for a set and they took my old set which were new and threw them away or something. But I wouldn’t have agreed to that had I known the price. And I would have liked to keep my old ones bc they weren’t broke n I just bought them. I really did appreciate all the knowledge the staff had and their kindness was impeccable! Great staff!
They were on point with the services they provided made sure i was aware of checking my battery for my hybrid offered us some water when we first arrived. Understanding of the fact I was still learning my car since I purchased it two weeks ago. Even checked out reviews on car fox. Amazing service.
