Great service from this location, as always. I understand people having issues with the pricing, but convenience always costs more. I am happy to pay for the convenience factor of not having to drop my car off for a whole day and coordinate rides and the customer care helps emphasize the value. James and Jake were knowledgeable, personable, and provided great customer service. I was checked in with every step of the process, all my questions were answered, and I was consulted on all of my options. I make every effort to always come to this specific Take 5 on Whitney way; at first because it was close to work, but I continue to come back for the engaging and accommodating service.
I had two cars (teenage kids) who needed oil changes. They definitely upsell here but I know these cars don’t get the attention they need and I willingly did the “extras.” The guys were very nice, communicating during the experience. I likely spent more than I would have at an independent mechanic but I just wanted to get the oil changed and not have to make an appointment. I actually had a fun time with the mechanics. And I also liked that I had to stay in my car for the work. I got a lot done on my phone.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Jake. Not only was he super professional, but the communication and customer service was something I’ve never experienced in a shop like that. My car was starting to knock and I pulled away with the sound completely gone. It was a little pricey, but it was 100% worth it. I highly recommend going to see him if you need your oil changed without all the hassle. Thanks again, man. Super Appreciated.
