Went in for oil change. E was through explaining the options since it was my first time using Take 5. He showed me filters that were in need of changing. He also explained what they did and how not changing would effect cars performance. I was impressed with his politeness and respectful attitude. The entire shop was African American and worked and communicated well with each other. The little wave when leaving was the icing on the cake. Well done Port Washington team.
Hands down the most friendly and polite staff. They were down a person and were busting their butts off to make it quick on the abnormally hot day. I think Take 5 should get them good exhaust fan for the heat on the warm days. Thank you Isaac and team for your professionalism and great service!
Left with a big smile today after getting my oil changed. Isaac, the store manager, runs a tight ship over there. He was super professional, kept his team moving efficiently, and made sure every check was done right without trying to push a bunch of unnecessary add-ons on me. You can tell the crew really respects him because the whole service ran smooth as clockwork. Highly recommend this location if you want fast, honest service!
