It was my first time using Take 5 oil change. I chose it because of convenience - the Fish Hatchery location was close the location of a meeting I was attending. But I was so impressed with the service I received, I'll be back! I was given a warm greeting from Kyler. He was friendly and handled the oil change processing very professionally. He even offered me a bottle of water, which I have never been offered at previous oil changes with other companies. I was impressed. Justin did i great job with the oil change. During other oil change experiences with other companies, I have watched tge guys struggle to do the filter change, struggling with aligning the canopy. Tge ease in which Justin performed the work showed he had the knowledge and experience. I have shared with many people the great experience I had with my oil change. Thanks, Justin and Kyler.
Friendly and fast service with a very understaffed location. I've been going here for years, and was surprised that there were only two individuals there. I truly hope they are compensated very well in terms of pay, benefits and paid time off. As a corporation, it is easier to retain employees - which both saves and makes more money in the long run - if you treat them as the valuable assets they are. Their service and attitude is what brings me in, not your over-paid CEO creating abusive policies and underpaying people.
We have used this location multiple times and always had a great experience! After our last oil change we noticed some oil on the driveway so we took it back - they were able to wipe some things down and we thought that did the trick. However, the next day there was still oil leaking. I took it back again and they re-did the oil change thinking it had to be a gasket or something that was faulty. It fixed the leak! I was thoroughly impressed with their service and dedication to making it right. The technicians were great at explaining what happened and how they fixed it. Everyone there is so friendly and they really do go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of! Kyler was the tech that helped me both times. He was 10/10!
