There was no wait when we arrived. The staff was super friendly and brought us a cold water before guiding us into the bay. Offered their upsells without being pushy.... but the highlight for me was seeing a lovely young lady out there in the heat with the guys... working with the guys! As a former employee of one of the local competitors.... I was listed every line in the book as to why I had to work in the lobby and wouldn't be allowed to work in the shop... (every line but the very sexist truth that is...) Glad to see a company who can see beyond gender... to the person willing to do the work! I will be back!
I had a great experience getting my oil changed here! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They even offered me a bottle of water while I waited, which was a nice touch. The service was fast, the price was very reasonable, and everything was done professionally. I really appreciated how easy and pleasant they made the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quick, affordable, and excellent service
Friendly staff, no pressure. Clear communication about what to expect and options for service. I was able to get in when I needed to, did not have to exit the vehicle. Was informed of services that would be beneficial to get done, but not pressured to do it at the visit at the time. There are different tiers of oil you can choose from depending on your vehicle needs. And as an observation of integrity, I know the air filter they showed me was the one I recently put in with my own hands! Aka... For the younger gens - they pass the vibe check.
