Great service and really kind workers! There was an issue with a part during my oil change because of a previous service (from a different mechanic shop), and the part ended up getting stuck. They had to pretty much chisel it out and it took a while to do it (it was very stuck). The situation was out of their control, but they handled it very well, were helpful throughout the whole process, and even gave me a discount for the trouble. Really appreciative of how they handled the situation!
Had an oil change today. The guys working there were very friendly and professional. They told me about the different levels of oil changes and what they had in each one that was different. They topped off all the fluids and made sure the air in the tires were at the correct level. I had looked them up online and they had a coupon for $30.00 off which I could use. They even have military discount too which most places don't have.
Gregory and his supervising mechanic did a terrific job of explaining to me how the process works and reviewing how Carfax is used as part of their documentation. I was in and out quickly and will plan to use their service again in the future
