Oil Change in Brookfield, WI at 14245 W Capitol Dr.

I go here for a quick oil and filter quite frequently. They are fast and efficient. The techs not only change the oil and filter but they also check the cabin filter, wipers and check all the fluids. What I really appreciate is that they show you the filters and will say “ it’s actually ok right now. You don’t have to change it this time if you don’t want”. I appreciate honesty and not trying to oversell. The only reason they get a 3 is because the restroom was not clean. Granted most customers probably do not use the restroom because the oil change is so fast you do not leave your car. However on this trip my wife was with and she needed to use it. She said it was the worst restroom she ever went into and had it not been an emergency she would have walked right out. So please clean up the restroom and I’ll Change my eating to 5 start. But as far as the oil change and customer service it was top notch

I was greeted by the manager on duty who took care of me right away. He explained the options for oil and checked out my filters and wipers which I appreciated; he recommended the lower priced oil for my vehicle which is a rare thing these days! He was mentoring another service person who was working on the car too. The whole team seemed to be busy and happy. The vibe was upbeat and welcoming- they even helped me with a discount coupon for $20. I’ll be back!!

I came here today 9/4 to get an oil change. I usually go to VALVOLINE but stopped here because I was driving by and needed an oil change. The service was amazing. It’s hot so the gentleman gave me a bottled water. All of the technicians were professional and kind. They didn’t try to sell me things. Really great to see so many Black men working hard with care and kindness. Way to go.
