We were in the Dells from out of town and lost all of the oil in our truck from an oil change the previous day. Take 5 was 8 miles from our location and we made the risky decision to drive that far. We arrived 15 minutes before closing time on Sunday afternoon. Anthony and Caleb(I believe were their names) welcomed us in and listened while we explained what was going on. They were quick to diagnose and repair the problem. They then had to do essentially a new oil change. After completion they took the time to make sure there was no further oil leak. Their professionalism and attention to detail was top notch! We left your location shortly after closing time and made it back home in 2 hours with no further problems. I would like to say that they could have easily turned us away so close to closing time and had this happened we would have been stranded overnight with 2 dogs home alone. We appreciate the hard work and level of professional courtesy! Keep up the great work!
I use Take 5 in Baraboo for all our vehicles. I have been a customer for a long time and always receive excellent service from Joey and his very professional staff. I'm not sure but they may or may not be a little more expensive, but I will be back because you get what you pay for... quality! You can't go wrong with these people!
I always have an excellent experience at the Baraboo location. The staff is friendly, and I get in and out quickly. I hope this team is paid well. They deserve it. The recently mandated upselling effort is unnecessary, but I do not blame the staff; they're just doing what they're directed to do.
