My niece’s car’s check engine light came on after driving from her WSU campus to Moscow. Being a holiday/Labor Day, the previous repair shop that worked on her car last was not open. Fortunately this Take 5 Oil Change location was. They ran the code and diagnosed her car’s issue in no time. They then went above and beyond in driving to the auto parts shop, obtained the necessary part at a discounted cost, and then installed it complimentary. After all the positive reviews here, I knew my niece was in good hands, but I would have just never expected such especially great service, as she received today! We are now officially loyal customers who will only do business, future oil changes in Pullman, WA here! Thank you everyone who helped today. So very grateful businesses like you exist.
All was very good. The ONLY ISSUE I have ( being that just moved here from the East Coast) is that they don’t provide Mobile 1 Oil. MOST VEHICLES today require Mobile Oil if not using the manufacturer brand only at their dealerships.. The only brands they offer is oils brands that I never used or heard of. Also you ask about “TIMING” it’s Not NASCAR. Slow Down and make sure all is done and done correctly. That gives the customer a piece of mind knowing that and they/I will return. Corporate, THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!
Needed an oil change quickly and came in day of. It was done in maybe less than 15min and was super easy. The guy who talked to me and went over all the services I could get wasn’t too pushy and let me decide for myself. I did end up getting a fuel system cleaner or something that would help gas mileage and fuel efficiency. And also the middle level oil change. It was like $160 roughly. I feel like that wasn’t too bad for not having to crawl under your car and do it yourself. I’m just a girl, that’s not my job haha.
