Oil Change in Yorktown, VA at 4507 George Washington Mem Hwy.

I had a really great experience at Take 5, and I especially want to recognize Hunter. He was extremely polite, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. I also noticed that Hunter was training some new employees while I was there, and I was genuinely impressed by how patient and attentive he was with them. He took the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure they understood what they were doing without ever seeming frustrated or rushed. It’s not often you see someone who is not only great with customers but also takes the time to help their coworkers learn and succeed. Hunter is a great reflection of Take 5, and I hope his hard work and professionalism are recognized. Excellent customer service!

Getting an oil change at Take 5 was such an enjoyable experience. I was immediately given a cold bottle of water while the technician began changing the oil. I had a coupon so I was able to get a full synthetic oil change with a new filter for my SUV for about $100. This was less than having it done at my mechanic’s garage. I have gotten oil changes at Take 5 for most of my oil changes the past few years and it has always been a quick, convenient experience. I recommend trying this company out.

This location is quick and efficient. Nicholas greeted me upon arriving and explained each package to me. I didn’t feel manipulated financially. It was another tech there by the name of Graison that helped me get the car positioned. It was really nice to see both techs do everything they could to prioritize all the cars in the garage TOGETHER! Once one tech was done they came over to assist the other. So this was a breeze and I was gladly able to use my coupon! <3 to sum it up they made adulting easy lololol.
