First thing my name is Mary not Nary, Second, I’ve been going here for at least six years now and I’ve always had a positive experience at this specific location. I do however, notice that you guys have A quick turnaround when it comes to employees every three months I go to get my oil changed and it’s always different people anyhow still get Fast and friendly service!!!
This Laskin Road location is consistently quick. I like that when you pull up they automatically check to see if you’ve been there before. “Same as last time?” Yessir. I think I was in the bay for only ten minutes this last visit. Always satisfied and I prefer getting my oil changed here rather than at my normal auto repair shop. Probably cheaper, too.
Service was great! I was offered a bottle of water when I pulled up. I said to keep it, they needed it working out in the heat. I believe the employees were James and Travis - they both explained what they were doing. I was also offered if I wanted to change my cabin filter - in the 10 years I have had my car, no one has asked to replace it. (I had tried doing it myself but was not successful) Both James and Travis were professional! I would come to this location in the future
