I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Suffolk! This was my first visit to this location, and I cannot say enough great things about the team. A huge thank you to Matthew, the manager, along with Nat, Javon, and Wayne (the brothers) for taking such great care of my vehicle. Even though the heat was nearly at black-flag conditions, they never slowed down and continued providing exceptional customer service with smiles on their faces. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and expertise. They discovered that my vehicle had approximately 15 gallons of excess oil that had apparently been left from previous services at another Take 5 location in Virginia. Had they not caught and corrected the issue, it could have caused serious damage to my engine. I am incredibly grateful they took the time to do the job right. They also changed my oil, engine air filter, cabin air filter, checked my tire pressure, and thoroughly explained everything along the way. The entire team was kind, funny, professional, and genuinely personable. They made me feel valued as a customer and gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. I had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change today! Shane, Matthew, and Luke were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind from start to finish. You can really tell they work well together as a team, and they made the whole experience quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore.
