Went to the Suffolk location in Virginia the two young gentlemen that serviced me were very professional and very knowledgeable they did take my air filter out and show me how dirty my air filter was which I did not realize so I went ahead and purchased an air filter from you guys as well thank you for always taking care of the customers. Into the young lady who is I think the manager came out and help me reset my change oil soon light thank you guys for great service
This has by far one of the best teams I have encountered. They had a minor setback in Saturday 9.26.26 but were upfront about it. I can’t remember the young man’s name but he wore a cowboys hoodie and displayed the patience of a saint when having to deal with the patrons that were upset. The team diligently continued their work and prioritized well. They were a great team to engage with and as someone who preaches customer service to my team at work I don’t think these guys could have been any better!
Actually this was the best experience I’ve ever had taking my vehicle in for an oil change. It was also the most expensive; but I was immediately made to feel valued as a customer upon arrival. The young man immediately came out and handed me a nice cold bottle of water, and my wait time wasn’t long at all. I asked one of the guys which oil would I need for my vehicle when I saw the 3 different prices. He was nice and let me know it was has first day and suggested I ask the other guy. I somewhat expected them to suggest the higher price; but he didn’t. He asked how often I drove and when I told him my vehicle sits up a lot he suggested the middle price AND explained why. I’m sure I’ll be going back and take my other vehicle there also.
