I appreciate being able to go to Take 5 to get my oil changed. I never have to make an appointment. If I have to wait, it is always a very short amount of time. And I am usually completely finished with my Service in 25 minutes or less. The employees are so friendly and nice. They answer any questions that I have. They always explain to me what they’re doing. They always make sure that I am pleased with Service that I am receiving and with the price point. I also appreciate being able to get my tire pressure checked, air filters checked, and windshield wiper blades checked. Highly recommend 10/10
Went this morning for an oil change. I was waited on by Devlon (don’t know if I spelt this correctly) and Jessica. Turns out I was not due for an oil change. Instead of doing it anyway and charging me they explained it was not due and checked the fluids in my vehicle and changed them but said my oil was still good. These two were honest, helpful and so polite! Definitely won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else because of these two. Thank y’all so much!
Raejon was terrific. He could not do my oil chg upon opening as he was a single employee and company policy requires 2 employees. I came back an hr later n he went to work with the other emp, I can't remember his name. Both were engaging, thorough n competent! Raejon is a great employee
